Coconut Oil, Virgin Organic, 14 oz.

Coconut is one of the world"s most nourishing superfoods. This creamy taste of the tropics is great for sautéing and baking, enhancing your favorite recipes, and body care. It can also be used for oil pulling, with or without the addition of essential oils or herbs. If adding essential oils, start with one or two drops of absolutely pure, full strength essential oil to each ounce of carrier (coconut, sesame, sunflower, or olive oil.) Depending on oral health conditions, consider cinnamon, clove, peppermint, or wild oregano oil.

Contains: Organic, unrefined, cold pressed, virgin coconut oil in glass jar.

Ghee, 7 oz.

Grade AA sweet butter: no hormones, no coloring, no salt, no water, and no preservatives! This ghee is made fresh weekly in the old fashioned way!

Contains: clarified butter made in the traditional Indian manner.

Omega Nutrition Olive Oil,

Olive Oil, 12 oz

Depending on one's eating habits, oil may constitute anywhere from 15-30% of the total caloric intake (more if the diet is very poor). Nearly all oils are dangerous. They are susceptible to rapid deterioration when exposed to heat (in processing as well as storage and cooking), light (transparent bottles), and air (opening the bottle.) Using an organically grown, cold processed, totally unrefined oil that is bottled in an entirely opaque container will result in a considerable extra expense as compared to cheap super market oils, but without changing a single recipe, the benefits will be enormous.

Contains: certified-organic extra virgin olive oil.
